T-Rail Profile and Bearing System

With a completely new approach to linear motion, Faztek has successfully integrated a “T-Rail” into a 1.5” x 1.5” T-Slotted aluminum extrusion. The result? An efficient linear motion system built right into the frame of your project while allowing use of the other three t-slots.

Choose from a variety of aluminum bearings to fit your specific need, all featuring a Teflon insert for smooth-action performance. (see below)

15LG1515L - 1.5" x 1.5" Linear Guide Profile

Faztek's newest bearing desinged for the T-Rail is the 15LM8574. This Double Linear Guide Bearing is also outfitted with a single UHMW side pad for increased support. Better yet, you can tighten and lock down the bearing with the adjustable “L” handle (included).
