Faztek's modular aluminum framing system offers many advantages over other building materials. Most notably are the modular extrusions - the backbone of this aluminum framing system.
T-slotted aluminum extrusions are used to create a strong and modular frames for use in almost any application. These extrusions can easily be cut to any length, machined with several different options, and joined together without the need for any welding or heavy machining. The T Slot design allows for high-modularity and functionality, unlike the near permanent configuration of welded steel frames. This flexibility is perfect for applications which may require future modifications and changes.
With over 40 different T slot profile shapes and sizes available, Faztek can help you create the most efficient and cost-effective project to suit your specific needs. For non load-bearing applications such as guarding and enclosures, try our Ultra-Lite profiles. These lightened versions of standard profiles save you money and weigh less. Our newest Ultra-Lite profile, the 15QE1515UL, is a smooth version of our very popular 1.5" x 1.5" extrusion.
All of Faztek's T Slotted aluminum profiles can easily be cut and machined to accept an assortment of special fasteners and accessories. Faztek can even complete these services for you before shipping for a small fee. Extrusions are cut to a tolerance of +/- .005" and hand washed before passing through our quality control department.
