How do I know what size panel to use in my frame?

Panels and wire mesh are commonly used in machine guards, partitions, doors, enclosures, cabinets and much more. In order to get a proper fit, please use the guidelines below.

• When using any 10 Series extrusions, add .500" to the length and width of the inside frame dimensions.

• When using 15 Series extrusions, except 15EX1515UL, add .750" to the length and width of the inside frame dimensions.

• For 15EX1515UL, add .875" to the length and width of the inside frame dimensions to compensate for the extra T-slot depth.
