Which method of connecting extrusions should be used?

Anchor Fasteners
- Cost effective
- Easy positioning
- Quick assembly

- Requires one counterbore

Assembly Instructions:
- Insert the assembled anchor fastener into the T-slot.
- Set the mating extrusion 90 to the joining slot. Be sure the counterbore is oriented properly.
- Slide the anchor fastener into the counterbore of the mating extrusion.
- Be sure the extrusions are squared up. Line up the grooves in the extrusions.
- Tighten the anchor fastener with a 1/4" "T" Handle Ball End Hex Wrench.

End Fasteners
- Clean, hidden connection
- Requires one access hole drilling and one end tap

Assembly Instructions:
- Set the clip on the end of the extrusion over the tapped hole.
- Place the bolt through the clip and thread into the tapped hole.
- Slide the bottom T-slot onto the clip of the mating extrusion.
- Line up the access hole up with the head of the bolt.
- Tighten the end fastener with a 3/16" "T" Handle Ball End Hex Wrench.

T-Anchor Fasteners
- Extremely strong connection
- Clean, hidden appearance
- Infinite positioning
- No panel notches necessary
- One counterbore required

Assembly Instructions:
- Drop barrel into counterbore.
- Insert "T" bar w/ spring into extrusion hole and hole in barrel.
- Insert set screw and begin tightening until slight tension is on the "T" bar.
- Place head of the "T" anchor into the mating extrusion.
- Once the extrusion is in place, tighten the set screw.

T-Slot Connector (Machiningless Fastener)

Assembly Instructions:
- Slide connector body into T-slot.
- Insert nut into opposite extrusion and
tighten to join extrusions.
- Tighten set screw into connector body.
